Timeouts

To help customers stay in control, we encourage them to take breaks from gambling. You can do this through the time out option, which lets you freeze your account for between one day and 6 weeks.

Timeouts are available to customers with online accounts through the My Info tab, followed by Responsible Gambling.

Deposit limits

You can cap how much you spend before you bet by using the Deposit Limits tool. You can set a deposit limit for an amount and period (time) that works for you. You can lower your limit whenever you want.

Help keeping track of time

To keep track of how long you’ve been playing for, you can set an automated reminder to appear whilst you’re playing on the William Hill site.

Account restrictions

Account restrictions are available to Online account holders. It lets you restrict access to certain products within www.williamhill.com, including Casino, Poker, Vegas, Games, Bingo, Live Casino, and Skill games (account restrictions are not available on Sports, Virtual Betting or Lottery).

Self-exclusion
