Sir Anthony McCoy first became a champion jump jockey in 1996. Nearly two decades on and has been crowned Champion Jump Jockey for a 20th consecutive year, making him the greatest jockey of all time.
He rode over 4,000 winners in his incredible career – including the 2010 Grand National, the prestigious Cheltenham Gold Cup, Champion Hurdle, Queen Mother Champion Chase & King George VI Chase.
He won the 2010 BBC Sports Personality of the Year, and on 30 December 2015 he was awarded a knighthood in the New Years Honours, for services to horse racing, making him Sir Anthony McCoy. Read more here
